There are no words to describe you Billy! I have loved you for 40 years. You have heart as big as your wonderful smile.....and your wonderful laugh..... Until we meet again, Love you
We ran around a lot in our teenage years and into our 20s. Every time I would come out to Carson, he was the first person I would try and find. I always enjoyed his humor and laughter. RIP. BILLY TODD

I am so shaken about this loss. I was fortunate enough to know Billy since we were 4 years old. We were always close friends, and I cherish the memories of times we shared, yet it will never fully ease the pain of his loss. I will always miss you, my dear friend. Greg Parry
So sorry for your lost. Prayers to your entire family.
