I am so sorry. Always had a smile and so much fun. Lots of great memories.
Sandy, so sorry to hear of Dwight's passing. He was my favorite Sysco Salesman. Thoughts and prayers
I met Dwight in 1973 at IWCC. He sat behind me and kept me awake during class. I'm sure he's the only reason I passed. We were friends and roommates from Monticello Apts to the Broadway Flower Shop. From learning ibber-dibbers to 1st alert to 44 years of friendship. I lost one of my best friends.

Dwight was such a great addition to the Platz (Sandy's) family. Always in a good mood and cracking jokes. He will be greatly missed. RIP Dwight.
So very sorry to see Dwight went home to be with the Lord. Dwight had that great personality and you always felt that he cared. May his family be comforted that Dwight is with the Lord!
The first time I met Dwight,he was in first grade and I was in kindergarten. He stuck out his hand, introduced himself and from that moment on we were best friends. We hung out every day of those summers that never seemed to end in grade school. In our adult life we went to concerts, played pool, played cribbage, and sometimes just drank beer and solved the worlds problems. I am deeply saddened by his passing. He was the brother that I never had. I will miss him. Catherine and I would like to extend our deepest sympathies to Sandy and all of their children, grandchildren, and to Dwight’s mother Donna. Dwight was,is,and always be my friend.
My heart is broken. He was my twin from another mother.. He teased and tormented me relentlessly when we first met in 1967, thus forging a 50+ year friendship.. i will miss you my bestie. I will never forget our love of german chocolate cake. Soar high in those clouds and save me a place right by you.
Sandy, i am so very sorry for our loss. I know we will all miss him..
Hugs, love and prayers
