We saw Cameron in Elf Jr. My grandgirls were enchanted by his performance. I feel blessed to have had him share his talent and engaging personality with our family. My deepest sympathies for your loss.
I was lucky enough to work with Cam and he always made my day. He was one of the reasons I looked forward to going to work while he was with us. He was one of my favorite kiddos and made a lasting impression on my heart. I still think about him all the time, even though it's been about 2 years since I worked with him. His infectious smile and warm, caring hugs will forever remain in my heart and he helped me grow into the person I am, without even realizing what he was doing. I carry a drawing from him in my wallet to this day and I will cherish it and his memory.
I loved working with Cam. He was a joy. He loved singing and took direction so well. It is with a broken heart and deep sorrow I send my condolences. He mattered to us at The Broadway Advantage and will never be forgotten. Kelli James

I am so very sorry for your loss and I am so sad to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all. I was blessed to have Cam in my 7th grade classroom (Des Moines Public Schools). He was so smart and inquisitive; asking the "why" questions-always wanting to learn more; especially in science. Cam was one of a kind; the student that brought many smiles to our classroom with his sense of humor. He was also thoughtful; when we were out for Covid, I wrote to each student, and Cam wrote a very nice letter back to me.
I had the pleasure of working with Cameron as a 4H judge. He came to the table with an infectious smile, a positive attitude and lots of personality. He was attentive and so respectful to all I had to say. These are all the qualities we hope our youth have and he certainly did. I'm sending my deepest sympathies to his family, the Mills County 4H program, and his friends.

As a class mate of 2025 Cam was always there from showing up to make sure you were okay to bring gifts or snacks when you just needed a shoulder to cry on, he always brought us to our feet when we were at our lowest and brought a a beautiful smile to a darkened day, we miss cam so much and hope he shines just as bright
I had the honor of meeting Cam through the Mills County 4H program. I listened to several of his educational presentations and projects that he did awesome with. Sending my sincere condolences to his family, siblings, friends, classmates and fellow 4H members.
Such a horrible loss for all. I feel so bad 😥
So sad for you to lose your bright and talented son. God bless you with comfort and strength as you mourn.
I drove Cam for a while when he first went to APEX. He was always kind, polite, and so smart he made me feel like I should be back in school. Lol My prayers and sympathy go out to his family. God bless you all.
My 3 year son loved watching him in Elf Jr. And after the play he wanted a picture with ‘Buddy’. Cameron was so sweet to take picture. We were so looking forward to going back and seeing him in Charlotte’s Web next week.
Prayers fam so young.
From the second I met Cam on the phone with Nix and Michael, he loved me like a brother. To say he was an amazing person a an understatement. The world is less bright without his light. My deepest condolences to your family.
I am so sorry for your terrible loss. I met Cam once, very briefly, but I have never forgotten the warmth in his smile. The world will be a much poorer place without his light.
I am so sorry for your terrible loss. I met Cam once, very briefly, but have always remembered his wonderful smile and what an intelligent, enthusiastic young he was. My heart aches for your family.
There are no words. Your family has the deepest sympathy our family has to offer. You each are kept in our fervent and unending prayers for comfort.
